Aug 2nd to 4th, 2024. The deadline to book your room in our housing block for most hotels is july 8, 2024.
Reservations Canceled Within 72 Hours Of Arrival Date Will Be Charged (By The Hotel) For One Night’s Room And Tax On The Credit Card Used To Guarantee The Reservation.
I'm staying at the moxy this year and i called the hotel to check the rates for parking at it was about $60/night???
While You'll Still Be Able To Book Rooms After This Date,&Nbsp;They May Not Be In Our Housing Block So They Will Not Receive The Guaranteed Lowest Rate (Prices Will Go Up) Or Get Other Benefits Of Being In Our Block Like Having No Cancellation Fee.
I reserved hotel about a month ago for the con then realized i never bought tickets.
